The indications supplied below inspired by the European Data Protection Commissioners Recommendation n. 2/2001 for the personal data protection adopted on 17th May 2001 ex. Art. 29 of Directive n. 95/46/EC, particularly refer to the collection of personal data on internet and decide in advance to identify the minimum measures that must be implemented towards the persons interested, to guarantee the loyalty and legality of such practices (in applying articles 6, 7, 10 and 11 of Directive 95/46/EC).

Data subjects’ rights
The subjects to which the personal data refers, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of the same data and to know the content and origin, verify its correctness or request to integrate, update or rectify them.
The subjects to which the personal data refers also have the right to request the erasure, the anonymisation or the blocking of the improperly processed data, as well as oppose in any case, on legitimate grounds, to its processing.

Place and scope of the data processing
The processing connected to the web services offered by this site are carried out at the offices of the Company owning the processing and are dealt with only by employees, collaborators or partners of RI.MOS s.r.l. in charge of the processing, or by anyone occasionally appointed for maintenance operations.
No data deriving from the web services is communicated or diffused.
The personal data supplied by the users forwarding service requests, is used only to perform the service or the performance requested and is not communicated to third party, save that the communication is set by legal obligations or strictly necessary for the fulfilment of the requests.
Type of processed data
The information system and the software procedures responsible for the functioning of this web site acquire, during their normal working, certain personal data which processing is implicit in the use of the Internet communication protocols.
It is information that is not collected for it to be associated to identified subjects, but that for their same nature, may, through processing and association with data held by third party, enable the identification of the users.
